As the CFO for PropTech Farm, you will have an overall responsibility in a varied role that will change over the next 24 months.
Opportunity to work in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
As CFO, you will be part of the Global Management Team of a total of four people. The team includes an Investment Manager who works closely with the CFO.
The CFO reports to the Group COO, who is one of the founders.
Main tasks:
Establish valuation models and routines for reporting to investors and authorities (FI).
Establish routines and processes for financial management.
Establish a Swedish fund structure together with Cfunds in Amsterdam with the goal of raising 100 MEUR.
Assist in the establishment of a fund structure in Singapore with the goal of raising 50 MUSD.
Develop and present KPIs, analyses and reports to management and other partners prior to acquisitions.
Ensure that the company meets legal requirements for accounting and be responsible for legal issues related to acquisitions.
Responsible for contacts with auditors and the Swedish Tax Agency, as well as other external parties.
About the Role
Requirements
We would like to see that you have the following background:
Educated in Business Administration.
Experience in preparing Due Diligence reports.
Experience in Corporate Finance/M&A and have had a leading role in acquisition processes.
Experience in establishing valuation models.
Experience in managing legal issues related to acquisitions.
It is a plus if you have experience in capital raising processes and IPOs.
Advanced level in Excel.
As a person, you are proactive and structured in your work approach.
You are a humble team player who is used to working at a high pace in periods.
You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
It is a plus if you have a background from one of the Big Four accounting firms.
It is a plus if you have previous experience in the real estate industry.
